In my previous job, I completed several Tricentis Tosca courses using my old work email address. I need help in transferring the Academy badges and certificates to new mail id

I currently have a Tricentis Academy account associated with my current employer's company email address. I will soon be leaving this organization and will lose access to that email address.I have earned Tosca AS1, AS2, TDS1, TDS2, sap automation badges on my existing Tricentis Academy profile. I cannot find any option in my profile to add or change the email address.I would like to retain my existing Tricentis Academy profile, badges, achievements, and learning history under my personal email address so that I can continue to retain them independently when I change employers in the future.Could you please advise:1. Can my existing Tricentis Academy profile be associated with my personal email address while retaining all my existing badges and achievements?2. If I later join another organization that uses Tricentis, will I be able to continue using this same personal Academy profile without having to transfer my badges again?3. The qTest On-Prem August release is here. Three things worth your attention. The modern qTest UX is now available on-prem The interface we've been rolling out is now available to on-prem customers. It's opt-in, so you can switch it on in qTest Manager, take a look, and switch back if your team isn't ready. Your existing workflows are unaffected. Worth switching on sooner rather than later. The new interface will become the default in a future release, and the transition tends to be smoother when teams have already had time with it. Vera approvals now extend to Requirements and Defects If you run validated processes, this closes a real gap. Vera's approval workflow previously covered Test Cases and Test Runs only, which meant formal sign-off on a requirement or a defect record had to happen in a third tool, usually Jira. Vera's workflow and state engine now extend to Requirements and Defects, with support for multiple approval events. The full approval chain runs inside qTest and Vera.

Need Help Recovering AS1, AS2, TDS1 and Data Integrity Certifications – Unable to Access Certificates or Support Hub

I completed Tosca AS1, AS2, TDS1, and Data Integrity certifications approximately two years ago. These certifications no longer appear in my Academy profile, and the certificate links previously provided are no longer valid. Could you please verify whether these certifications are still associated with my account and restore or transfer them to my current Academy profile? I can provide my email address, it is unchanged, but it has been inactive for a few months.

AE2 Feedback: Improved Code Samples – Readability Challenges with Dark Mode & Font Size

I have just re-watched the Tricentis Tosca Expert Series – Extending Tosca’s out-of-the-box capabilities (AE2) and noticed that many of the code samples have been reworked. I welcome this improvement, and I also appreciate that additional samples have been added.However, the use of dark mode combined with very small fonts makes the code samples extremely difficult to read on modern high-resolution monitors. I understand that many developers prefer low-contrast dark themes and compact fonts for everyday work, but a presentation is a different context. Larger fonts and higher contrast would significantly improve readability for viewers.As a reference, JetBrains IDEs offer a dedicated Presentation Mode that rescales the entire IDE for better visibility. The well-known YouTuber “Explaining Computers” has also frequently mentioned that he now rescales his IDE specifically for presentation purposes.Thank you for the continuous improvements to the series.

Feedback: Video seek controls and reset completion status after content update

I generally like the new videos and appreciate the update. However, the current playback restrictions create unnecessary friction.I understand the decision to lock skip-forward on the first playthrough so that learners cannot simply jump ahead. That makes sense from a content-completion perspective. What I find harder to justify is that skip-back / rewind is also disabled until the video has been watched all the way to the end once.Even on a first viewing, people frequently need to re-listen to a short section immediately in order to fully understand it. Blocking that ability forces a purely linear experience that is more frustrating than helpful.In addition, the “already watched” flags appear to have been reset when the new versions were uploaded. As a result, even users who have already completed the course and hold the certificate are treated as complete beginners and must re-watch every video in full at least once before any seek controls become available. I’m currently experiencing several login-related problems and would like to know if others in the community are seeing anything similar.I had to reset the password for both the Support Hub and ShiftSync accounts. The password reset for ShiftSync was problematic and took several days to complete (see Support Ticket CS0498043). I am currently unable to log in to ShiftSync on a second device. I’m a bit concerned about what will happen if I get logged out of the one device that still works. There seems to be no way for a user to check or change the email address registered for a ShiftSync account (related discussion: Is there a problem with the login?). I’m also hitting an endless redirect loop between success.tricentis.com and support-hub.tricentis.com. Login to the Academy shows an endless loading wheel. Has anyone else run into similar issues recently?Thanks Martin

Hi community,I am using the Standard Module Check Webpage Accessibility (RunHtmlAccessibilityAnalysis) to scan multiple pages.When exporting the accessibility report JSON file, the summary block shows total numbers for Passed and Failed. However, under the screens list, only violations are listed for each page. The detailed rules that Passed or were Inapplicable are missing.For our audit evaluation, we need visibility into which specific Axe-Core rules passed on each page to determine our manual testing delta. Is there a way to force Tosca to include detailed passes and inapplicable rule arrays inside each screen object?
