Where to find the Course completion certificate

When you complete the course, you should get the certificate on your registered email id within 24 hours of course completion. If it doesn’t get delivered, I’ll suggest to wait 24 hrs additional. Post updates if you don’t get it within 24+24 hours.

I have completed the “Generative AI for Testers” course and successfully passed all five quizzes. However, I have not yet received the completion certificate, and the course completion is also not showing on my ShiftSync profile.

Could you please check this for me?

hi ​@Dejan ​@Rakshith A M  our system shows that certificates are in your inboxes. Please let me know if thats not the case. Most of the time it just needs a little bit of patience for them to arrive:)
