In my previous job, I completed several Tricentis Tosca courses using my old work email address. I recently started a new position and would like to have those certifications transferred and linked to my new work email address.Could you please assist me with migrating or transferring these certifications?The modules I have completed are: Tricentis Tosca Deep Dive − Automating API test cases Test Architect Level 1 Automation Engineer Level 1 Test Design Specialist Level 2 Test Design Specialist Level 1 Automation Specialist Level 1 Automation Specialist Level 2 Automation Specialist for SAP I can provide both my old and new company email addresses, as well as copies of my certificates/diplomas if needed.Thank you very much for your help!

I currently have a Tricentis Academy account associated with my current employer's company email address. I will soon be leaving this organization and will lose access to that email address.I have earned Tosca AS1, AS2, TDS1, TDS2, sap automation  badges on my existing Tricentis Academy profile. I cannot find any option in my profile to add or change the email address.I would like to retain my existing Tricentis Academy profile, badges, achievements, and learning history under my personal email address so that I can continue to retain them independently when I change employers in the future.Could you please advise:1. Can my existing Tricentis Academy profile be associated with my personal email address while retaining all my existing badges and achievements?2. If I later join another organization that uses Tricentis, will I be able to continue using this same personal Academy profile without having to transfer my badges again?3. What is the correct process to make this change before my

Help me to extract my certification badges linked to previous company id

I completed Tosca AS1, AS2, TDS1, and Data Integrity certifications approximately two years ago. These certifications no longer appear in my Academy profile, and the certificate links previously provided are no longer valid. Could you please verify whether these certifications are still associated with my account and restore or transfer them to my current Academy profile? I can provide my email address, it is unchanged, but it has been inactive for a few months.

Need to know the procedure to extract certifications that have been completed but is not visible in Tricentis Academy. 

I have just re-watched the Tricentis Tosca Expert Series – Extending Tosca’s out-of-the-box capabilities (AE2) and noticed that many of the code samples have been reworked. I welcome this improvement, and I also appreciate that additional samples have been added.However, the use of dark mode combined with very small fonts makes the code samples extremely difficult to read on modern high-resolution monitors. I understand that many developers prefer low-contrast dark themes and compact fonts for everyday work, but a presentation is a different context. Larger fonts and higher contrast would significantly improve readability for viewers.As a reference, JetBrains IDEs offer a dedicated Presentation Mode that rescales the entire IDE for better visibility. The well-known YouTuber “Explaining Computers” has also frequently mentioned that he now rescales his IDE specifically for presentation purposes.Thank you for the continuous improvements to the series.

I generally like the new videos and appreciate the update. However, the current playback restrictions create unnecessary friction.I understand the decision to lock skip-forward on the first playthrough so that learners cannot simply jump ahead. That makes sense from a content-completion perspective. What I find harder to justify is that skip-back / rewind is also disabled until the video has been watched all the way to the end once.Even on a first viewing, people frequently need to re-listen to a short section immediately in order to fully understand it. Blocking that ability forces a purely linear experience that is more frustrating than helpful.In addition, the “already watched” flags appear to have been reset when the new versions were uploaded. As a result, even users who have already completed the course and hold the certificate are treated as complete beginners and must re-watch every video in full at least once before any seek controls become available. The certifications were completed using my former employer's email address: I have left the organization and no longer have access to that email account. Unfortunately, I did not download my AS1 and AS2 certificates before leaving.I tried to contact Tricentis Support, but the Support Hub registration requires an organization/company email, which I no longer have.Could you please advise me on how I can recover my existing AS1 and AS2 certification records and obtain copies of the certificates? I would also be happy to provide my current personal email address and any information needed to verify my identity and certification history.

One of our clients started using TOSCA, hence my employee wants me do to a certification from the tricentis academy. I read online that certifications are paid. I have been able to enroll for the certification path, but I cannot see the exam fees anywhere. I need it for the sponsorship from my employer.

When i try to access Tricenis academy portal , it is saying your account is inactive. The Login mail which i used earlier, i don't have access to that mail id. My used mail [E-Mail address removed due to privacy] I don’t have access to this maill id now. So i am unable to reset the password .                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Tried to raise a ticket by logging in with new account, then  i am not able to raise ticket as   agent  access not available due to some rights issue. No Mail id given for support. I have mailed to them -but got automated reply-raise support ticket . This way i am getting a loop doing nothing. Please help I have completed TOSCA AS1 and AS2 certification using that account. Now i am unable to access  those certificates and account. Kindly help me in this regard

Hi,I crated an account and able to access https://support-hub.tricentis.com/. and download tosca but unable to login https://academy.tricentis.com/learn in order to access courses. “Error - Sign in not possibleWrong credentials provided. Check them and try again.” is the error that is displayed when used my login credentials. Please guide. Thanks

As mentioned, what should i do to renew the expired training license?  I wish to renew the training license as I did not manage to complete the academy course before it expired. 

I tried to contact Tricentis Academy but i was told E-Mail doesn’t work any more:However, there is no “Create a Case” button.So how I’m I getting support now?

I am nit able to installed TDS server due to this access prevented. It is difficult to further to move and upgrade my skills in Test Data Service. Please Resolve This issue as soon as possible    Regards ,Imran khan
