When i try to access Tricenis academy portal , it is saying your account is inactive. The Login mail which i used earlier, i don't have access to that mail id. My used mail [E-Mail address removed due to privacy] I don’t have access to this maill id now. So i am unable to reset the password . Tried to raise a ticket by logging in with new account, then i am not able to raise ticket as agent access not available due to some rights issue. No Mail id given for support. I have mailed to them -but got automated reply-raise support ticket . This way i am getting a loop doing nothing. Please help
I have completed TOSCA AS1 and AS2 certification using that account. Now i am unable to access those certificates and account. Kindly help me in this regard
