I need your help transferring my Tricentis certifications from my old organization’s email ID to my new organization’s email ID ( Or my personal email ID). Could you please let me know the process and assist me with the transfer?

The badges and certifications can be transferred to a user's personal account if it is registered with on the Academy portal. If it isn't, you will need to first register your personal account on support hub and login to academy using SSO.
