Need help transferring certifications from old to new organization

Hi Team,I need your help transferring my Tricentis certifications from my old organization’s email ID to my new organization’s email ID ( Or my personal email ID). Could you please let me know the process and assist me with the transfer?Thank you.

hi ​@Manthu Sivakumar Reddy as mentioned in another threadThe badges and certifications can be transferred to a user's personal account if it is registered with on the Academy portal. If it isn't, you will need to first register your personal account onsupport huband login to academy using SSO.Just a quick note -the community isn't the place for official support from Tricentis and Academy teams.
