Need help transferring Academy Certificates to new email
Hi Tricentis Team,
I have changed organizations and want to transfer my Tricentis Academy Certifications, Course completions, Badges and Tickets/case history.
I tried the Academy transfer URL, but it redirects me to the Academy home page even after login. I also don’t yet have a Support Hub registration code from my new company admin.
Could you please help transfer my certifications and learning history to my new account or advise the next steps?
Kindly let me know if any other details required.
