Need help recovering Tosca AS1 and AS2 certificates from former employer account
The certifications were completed using my former employer's email address:
I have left the organization and no longer have access to that email account. Unfortunately, I did not download my AS1 and AS2 certificates before leaving.
I tried to contact Tricentis Support, but the Support Hub registration requires an organization/company email, which I no longer have.
Could you please advise me on how I can recover my existing AS1 and AS2 certification records and obtain copies of the certificates? I would also be happy to provide my current personal email address and any information needed to verify my identity and certification history.
