Need help in Transferring the Academy Badges to new mail id

I currently have a Tricentis Academy account associated with my current employer's company email address. I will soon be leaving this organization and will lose access to that email address.

I have earned Tosca AS1, AS2, TDS1, TDS2, sap automation  badges on my existing Tricentis Academy profile. I cannot find any option in my profile to add or change the email address.

I would like to retain my existing Tricentis Academy profile, badges, achievements, and learning history under my personal email address so that I can continue to retain them independently when I change employers in the future.

Could you please advise:

1. Can my existing Tricentis Academy profile be associated with my personal email address while retaining all my existing badges and achievements?
2. If I later join another organization that uses Tricentis, will I be able to continue using this same personal Academy profile without having to transfer my badges again?
3. What is the correct process to make this change before my current company email is deactivated?

I can provide my current company email address, personal email address, profile details, and links to my existing badges for verification.

    I have completed a few certifications using my old organization’s email ID. I would now like to transfer those certifications to my new organization’s email ID or my personal email ID. Could you please help me with this?

    hi ​@Manthu Sivakumar Reddy The badges and certifications can be transferred to a user's personal account if it is registered with on the Academy portal. If it isn't, you will need to first register your personal account on support hub and login to academy using SSO.

    Please make sure to complete this step and give me heads-up! Once you do, feel free to DM me your old email and the one you wanna transfer certificates to.

      Hi ​@PolinaKr , I have an urgent request regarding transferring my 2018 and 2021 Tosca AS1 & AS2 badges from my old inactive Accenture email to my newly registered personal account.       Academy certificates are under jurisdiction of Academy. Unfortunately, we don’t have enough resources to handle such issues, and such requests should be never addressed to us in the first place. 

      I can only communicate the prerequisites for the transition to you (below), and further I would recommend you going to the  Academy portal or to Support Hub.
