I currently have a Tricentis Academy account associated with my current employer's company email address. I will soon be leaving this organization and will lose access to that email address.
I have earned Tosca AS1, AS2, TDS1, TDS2, sap automation badges on my existing Tricentis Academy profile. I cannot find any option in my profile to add or change the email address.
I would like to retain my existing Tricentis Academy profile, badges, achievements, and learning history under my personal email address so that I can continue to retain them independently when I change employers in the future.
Could you please advise:
1. Can my existing Tricentis Academy profile be associated with my personal email address while retaining all my existing badges and achievements?
2. If I later join another organization that uses Tricentis, will I be able to continue using this same personal Academy profile without having to transfer my badges again?
3. What is the correct process to make this change before my current company email is deactivated?
I can provide my current company email address, personal email address, profile details, and links to my existing badges for verification.
