Unable to access my Tricentis account – MFA reset requiredHi Tricentis team,I need help recovering access to my Tricentis account.I previously configured MFA using an authenticator application, but I no longer have access to the authenticator where my Tricentis MFA token was configured.When I try to log in, I am only presented with the 6-digit verification code screen. There is no alternative authentication method or MFA recovery/reset option.I also cannot create a Support Hub ticket because the Support Hub itself requires me to complete the same MFA verification.Could a Tricentis Community Manager or Support representative please help me reset the MFA configuration on my account?I still have access to the email address associated with the account and can provide information to verify ownership.Thank you.
