Transferring Badges to new Email ID
Hi Tricentis Team,
I have changed organizations and want to transfer my Tricentis Academy Certifications, Course completions, Badges.
I tried the Academy transfer URL, but it redirects me to the Academy home page even after login. I also don’t yet have a Support Hub registration code from my new company admin.
Could you please help transfer my certifications and learning history to my new account or advise the next steps?
I have invested a lot of time in completing the courses and have 10+ certifications so it will be very helpful if those can be transferred. I have tried the steps myself but nothing is working.
Kindly let me know if any other details required.
