Some Dex execution logs are missing while some are properly updated

Greetings,

Hope having a fantastic December holidays to you all!

Allow me to request you guys’ help for the following issue!

After running the DEX execution overnight, some testcases are updated with the updated execution logs while some are not updated at all.

Looking forward to you guys’ suggestions!

Hello ​@EmilyLim ,

 

I believe you need to sync the execution logs from the cloud.

 

Just click on the cloud link and then all the logs(status of the execution status) will be download to your local workspace - checkout doesn’t fetch all the results.

Hey Dinesh,

Thank you so much for your suggestion related to my issue.

What is happening is that sometimes for the few executions list, even cloud link is not even showing and the log is not updated at all.

It has been happening occasionally starting October till now. We have been working with the Tricentis team as well. Still, the issue is not completely solved yet. 

We assumed probably because we are using the outdated version. We may try using the most updated version in the future.

We are using 2024 as the n-1 standard and didn’t face this issue till now. And as they suggested it’s better to upgrade.
