Any standard Integration between qTest to Selenium? or what is the steps required to integrate it

Has anyone integrated qTest with Selenium?

We’re looking to trigger test execution from qTest and automatically return the results back into qTest.

Any guidance or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.
