We are excited to announce major enhancements to Tosca Cloud:
Test Data component is now generally available! The test data component of Tosca Cloud empowers you to create, organize, and maintain your test data seamlessly. This capability allows you to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of your system(s) under test with ease. By enabling centralized management of test data and directly linking it to test cases, Tosca Cloud makes your testing process more streamlined and efficient than ever before.
Tosca Cloud automated engines coverage has dramatically grown, achieving coverage parity with Tosca 2024.2. From now on, Tosca Cloud customers can achieve full end-to-end enterprise testing in both Tosca Cloud and Tosca On-prem, based on their preferred deployment model.
The Cloud Commander is a SaaS-based tool for test case creation and editing, offering streamlined workflows, cross-platform editing, and seamless collaboration.
The Elastic Execution Grid (known as E2G)Â is Tricentis' next-generation agent designed for scalable, parallel test execution using cloud technology, supporting both on-premises and cloud-based environments using E2G Team and Cloud Agents.
What’s Next?
The next Tosca 2025.1 LTS release is set to arrive in late Q2 2025, bringing new enhancements and capabilities to support your enterprise testing needs. While on-prem customers can look forward to this major update in the summer, Tosca Cloud continues to evolve at a rapid pace, with updates being delivered continuously and seamlessly to ensure you always have access to the latest innovations without waiting for a scheduled release.
Our focus remains on advancing Tosca to align with cloud-first strategies for modern enterprises.
Key innovations include:
- The new Cloud Commander, enabling users to create and edit Test Cases directly in the cloud within a modernized experience while maintaining key on-prem capabilities.
- Cloud Dashboards and Reporting: Lightweight, pre-built dashboards for monitoring quality KPIs and project health, ensuring real-time insights.
- API Playground Enhancements: Advanced features like real-time feedback and visual verification tools to simplify and improve API testing.
- Test Data Management automates the process of creating, managing, and provisioning test data and removes the need to manually enter data into test cases.
In addition, we’re excited to share the integration of SeaLights with Tosca, supporting both Tosca On-prem release, 2025.1 and Tosca Cloud. This integration will significantly enhance Tricentis’ Quality Intelligence offerings. This integration will empower teams to adopt smarter, more efficient testing practices throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC), driving better insights and outcomes.

Looking Ahead
In the long term, we are leading the charge in Autonomous Test Case Creation within Tosca, leveraging advanced AI to generate test cases with minimal manual effort. This groundbreaking feature will first be introduced for SAP Fiori applications and will gradually extend to other technologies, such as web, desktop, and mobile platforms.
