As a QA engineer, I see AI as a powerful enabler to enhance test coverage, accelerate test execution, and identify patterns beyond manual observation. I'm actively exploring AI-driven testing tools to integrate intelligent automation and improve overall product quality.

AI is everywhere. It’s a need of the hour. I am quite new to this and would love to explore more in order to improve testing the software and applications with the power of LLMs.

As AI continues to evolve at an unprecedented pace, I see myself leaning into it not just as a tool, but as a transformative collaborator in the QA landscape. In the upcoming days, I aim to harness AI to shift from traditional reactive testing to proactive quality engineering—leveraging predictive analytics, intelligent test generation, and anomaly detection powered by machine learning.

Rather than being overwhelmed by the speed of releases or the complexity of systems, I see AI as my assistant—helping me optimize test coverage, reduce human error, and scale quality across platforms. I'm also committed to staying ethically grounded, ensuring that AI-driven testing remains fair, explainable, and aligned with human values.

Ultimately, I don't just see myself using AI—I see myself evolving with it, shaping a future where quality is not only assured, but intelligently anticipated.

AI is already there and being in Mid-level of my career, my foremost focus is to understand the basic concepts of AI/ML/Gen AI and slowly deep dive on the concepts.
I need to figure out, how our roles will shape up with AI era.
I am aiming to analyze the impact and how to utilize AI on Manual and Automation tests, Risk areas etc.
How I can use AI as a tool and how to overpower myself as Human over AI, as there would be now most our old jobs which AI can do, so it’s more like how to use it and add value to it.

Frankly speaking, my learning started with buzz but now the more I am getting into, more I am diving into it 😊

I will explore how AI can simplify my tasks, boost productivity, and use it efficiently where appropriate.

I use AI for my day to day work activities like creating test cases, identifying edge cases, automation helper,to find xpath in automation and so on.

I would like to understand more and learn about AI,LLMs,AI Agents through courses and webinars  and aslo apply it practically.

We are planning to use AI Agents in our project to simplify the supplier verification process. So I am planning to complete AI Testing certification this year.

As a manual tester, I see myself using AI more in the future to make my work easier and faster. AI can help with repetitive tasks like creating test cases or finding bugs, so I can focus on testing things that need human judgment, like user experience. I’m interested in learning new AI tools and using them to improve my testing, while still relying on my own skills for the final checks. AI will be a helpful assistant, not a replacement.

I see myself leaning heavily into AI in the coming days. It's not just about testing the AI itself, but leveraging AI tools to enhance our testing processes. Think about AI-powered test case generation, intelligent defect prediction, or even automating complex test scenarios that are currently very manual. It's about working smarter, not just harder, and ensuring the quality of these increasingly complex AI systems. It's an exciting time to be in QA!

From a QA perspective, when working with AI, I'm currently using the Gemini CLI for quick interactions and testing API calls. For conversational AI, Claude is my go-to for evaluating responses and user experience. Regarding underlying LLM models, I've worked with various open-source ones like Llama and Mistral, and I'm actively exploring frameworks like Crew AI and Microsoft Autogen. I also run Ollama for creating and testing AI agent tools, alongside proprietary models to understand their specific behaviors and limitations in different applications.

I am learning AI itself so can understand its concepts and then use AI tools to test them

I am using AI already daily for business and private. Generate code snippets and helper tools. I also use it for feedback on my test cases. I will be exploring more different kinds of AI tools and learning the AI basics and theory.

Utilizing AI has Made Timeline achievable quickly, and also has reduce debug time, so trying to play around or tweaking it’s response would help me learn more and understand it

AI is already been proved as a game changer tool to increase the productivity on the day to day tasks across all the domains, and I am very excited to keep exploring and implementing such webinar knowledge into the QA and deliver the quality deliverables faster embracing the innovation in AI and Prompt Engineering.

Exploring AI deeper to automate testing, enhance testing my product, and build smarter health tech solutions

In the coming days, I see myself actively integrating AI into my workflow by focusing on both upskilling and practical application. I'm currently exploring Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, and test case generation models to assist with creating optimized test scenarios, identifying edge cases, and enhancing exploratory testing.

Additionally, I'm engaging with AI-driven platforms that support natural language processing to convert user stories into test cases and automate repetitive QA tasks. My goal is to move beyond traditional manual testing by combining human intuition with AI efficiency — ultimately driving faster feedback cycles, reducing effort on routine tasks, and improving overall test coverage.

By continuously learning through hands-on projects, online certifications, and real-time experimentation, I aim to become proficient in AI-assisted testing and contribute to more intelligent, data-driven quality assurance practices in the near future.

  1. Before the session - I was confused, not clear, having doubts in my mind from where to start learning AI testing, LLM Model Testing.
  2. During the session - Karthik explained about it with the Demo, shared the learning resources, path, courses and answer all my questions.
  3. After the session - Now I know from where to start my journey in AI Testing, LLM Model Testing.

Thank You ShiftSync Team & Karthik for the session and guidance.
