Learn the vocabulary.
Get a certificate.
Add “AI” to your title.
And suddenly, you are qualified to advise CEOs on how to redesign workflows, restructure teams, manage change, rethink decision-making and transform how an organization operates.
That should make us uncomfortable.
Not because courses or certifications have no value.
They do.
But because knowing AI is not the same as knowing work.
And knowing technology is not the same as having judgment.
