TTA for SAP after SAP RISE migration how to enable and configure TTA for SAP for automation
Hi Team,
We have recently completed our SAP RISE migration and are looking to start using Tricentis Test Automation for SAP (TTA) integrated with SAP Cloud ALM for automation of SAP functional test cases.
Currently, I do not have the Tricentis Tosca/TTA tool available in Software Center and no TTA environment has been configured yet.
Could anyone advise on the initial setup activities and ownership required to get started?
Specifically, I am looking to understand:
- How to verify whether our organization is licensed/entitled to use TTA for SAP.
- Prerequisites within SAP Cloud ALM.
- Roles and access required (Project Administrator, S-User, etc.).
- Whether a Tricentis tenant needs to be provisioned by SAP.
- Which teams need to be engaged (Cloud ALM Admin, Basis, BTP/Identity, Infrastructure).
- Requirements for execution agents and dedicated VMs.
- Process for obtaining and installing the Tosca/TTA client if it is not available in Software Center.
- Any lessons learned or recommendations from teams that have enabled TTA after a SAP RISE migration.
Any guidance, documentation, or implementation experience would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Smita Mohanty
