+1On the ShiftSync website (https://shiftsync.tricentis.com/), I keep getting logged out every other day. Even when I select “Remember Me” before login, it doesn’t work, when I open the site, the default dashboard is visible and I have to click the Login CTA again and re-enter my credentials.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue, or is it just happening to me?

Have you checked your browser settings? Does the “remember me” function work for you on other websites? It could be that you have an option to clear cookies every day, which would prevent the “remember me” function from working properly.
Also, if you access ShiftSync from protected devices (for example: company laptop) it could be that your organization has this protection in place. So, i’d suggest you ask your company’s IT team if so.

On my personal one, this issue does not happen.
+1Yes I agree the issue is more frequent and visible on office laptop and may be there is browser restriction from my organization which might be the root cause.

Also, please ask your IT department if they have a restriction on cookies or any other block that keeps preventing you from accessing this feature.
