Jira is the most chosen project management tool by companies across the world. However, often they use JIRA for running their sprint by posting Stories, assigning to dev/QA, and logging defects. A couple of End-of-Sprint reports are produced and sent to managers and that's all.
JIRA is way beyond this. A well-designed JIRA process can help in setting clear accountability with each stakeholder, and help increase productivity and velocity. Join this webinar by Vipin Jain and see a process in motion that will help your teams to work to their total capacity and make effective use of JIRA. Vipin Jain will take you through a journey that he is personally proud of.
Following the webinar, we are delighted to provide an opportunity for participants to connect with each other and Vipin Jain through our engaging break-out rooms. These 15-minute long sessions will allow attendees to delve deeper into the topic and connect with other participants.
