Is there a way I can see the statistics (from View report→ Statistics) like Average Duration, Maximum Duration, Minimum Duration, Elements/s etc only for passed transactions.

Hello, by default the statistics include the transactions/requests in error. But in the Results section you can filter your test result to exclude errors.
