I would need to integrate ServicewNow as a Defect Management Tool external to qTest.
Can someone provide even just as a stub the trigger/webhook in order to have a real time integration between qTest and ServiceNow?

Tricentis did a webinar in December about using qTest Pulse to integrate with ADO. The methodology on the qTest side of things would be basically the same for another tool like ServiceNow. Unfortunately the webinar doesn’t seem to have been archived on the Academy on their YouTube channel so I’m not sure how you’d get access to it now.
