qTest - disable need to approve test case to call it from another test case

When linking a test case which is still as draft (version < 1.0) as a step on another test case we are blocked with the following message: ‘The test case <test case name> must be approved at least once to be properly called. Please approve it before calling’. The only option is to approve the test case. At the moment we have a large backlog of individual test cases that are on the way but would like to start working on integrating them as steps on end-to-end scenarios. Is it possible to disable this rule on qTest where the test case must be approved in order to be called?
