I could be able to record the test script by using Real browser, but it’s failed in drop down function while validate my test script.
I clicked the drop-down value, but the value is not stored in the dialog box (The dialog box seems empty even If I click the value from the drop down).
After some seconds, I see the time out error as the value is not picked from the drop-down function.
Please let me know how to solve this kind of issue in NeoLoad.
Hello, it’s difficult to provide relevant feedback without having more information. You said that the dialog box seems empty. So the issue does not seem to select that drop box but more a content issue. Do you see NeoLoad selecting your dialog box? You should see a red rectangle.
Could it be a consequence of a previous issue? Could you provide some screen shots so we understand better?
