Hello everyone, besides manually, one by one, is there any way within TOSCA Commander to modify the name of 1000 ready Test cases? For example, adding an incremental TAG to each one? for example TC001, TC002, and so on?

Bulk renaming, including appending additional text to the name - yes, in general this can be done using the Search function then a bulk Modify → Name with regular expression selected.
However, I don’t think there would be a way to make the additional text for each one unique/incremental like you mentioned.
