We have a requirement where we need to fetch (Read and write) an external data from .CSV file through Tosca automation. Can anyone pls suggest is there any way to automate it.

Use TBOX Excel Modules.
We have a module named "TBox Read/Create File" that can fulfill your requirement. I encountered a similar situation where I needed to extract data from a Notepad (.txt) file.
I tested the module with a .csv file, and it worked perfectly.
