I'm new to Tricentis Tosca and reaching out because I'm encountering an error message while performing exercises in the Tricentis Tosca Academy. During the scan screen, I receive the message: "Connection to the application lost. Maybe the application was closed or refreshed during the scan process."
Here's the situation:
- I'm following the steps outlined in the academy materials.
- I've confirmed that the application is open and running throughout the scan.
- My screen resolution and laptop is set to 100%.
Despite these checks, I'm still encountering the error message, which is hindering my progress.
Appreciate for any guidance on how to troubleshoot or resolve this issue.
