@Kat I realized there were two emails I got confirming my invite and I was looking at the one with the ShiftSync link I posted above, whereas the other email (buried further down in my inbox) had the zoom link. So this was user error on my part. Thanks for sharing the recording link.

I struggled with the same on Wednesday. Would it be possible to add the Zoom link into the Calendar invite that is located on the event’s page? :)
