Shiftsync event issue: Not able to join Load Testing. Best Practices

I signed up for the Load Testing. Best Practices, but am not seeing any way to join the webinar. I get a link to

I then login and click Attend button which then indicates Attending, but Iā€™m not entered into any webinar. And, I see no options to join. How do to join?

BTW, I tried calling the Shiftsync US support number and it disconnects after one ring. Not seeing any other options of support so trying here.

@Kat I realized there were two emails I got confirming my invite and I was looking at the one with the ShiftSync link I posted above, whereas the other email (buried further down in my inbox) had the zoom link. So this was user error on my part. Thanks for sharing the recording link.

I struggled with the same on Wednesday. Would it be possible to add the Zoom link into the Calendar invite that is located on the eventā€™s page? :)
