This should not happen as I use a password manager:

Yet it happened the 2nd time. Is there a problem with the login. Are there illegal characters for passwords (mine are all generated random strings)?

Hi @krischik , let’s dig in to it. Indeed if you used the password manager with the same password you set for ShiftSync, it shouldn't be happening. Can you try again now?

I found the problem. It’s not the password. It’s the E-Mail. And you can’t change the E-Mail address. Which is really annoying. E-Mail addresses are not for live and I don’t understand that companies won’t let your change your E-Mail.
