Completed the AS1 Course in August 2024, but did not received the certificate

I have completed the AS1 Course in the Tricentis Tosca Academy, by completing all the requirements and cleared the exam with 80%, but I did not got the certificate, I am waiting since 1 month, there is no support from the community.

@sushil0606 there is another post stating it is only badge now:
I have completed the Tosca AS1 on 28th Aug but haven't received the certificate yet | ShiftSync Community (tricentis.com)

I wonder if anyone reads that. 
I have the same situation. I completed the same course few days ago and received only a badge, not certificate.

Hi, I think Tricentis changed the certificate for badges

I feel that badges are not as good as a Certificate
