I think I’ll give it a go. I’m really junior when it comes to programming, but I think this will be an interesting opportunity to both practice and learn new things on the go :)
Thanks for the share.
Yup, Advent of Code is a great way to spend the Christmas time. Just out of interest, what language do you use for solving the puzzles? This year I went with Golang to try something new (I have started learning it in 2023).
This is my first time participating so I’m quite excited. As for the language, I was hesitant whether I should go with Python or JavaScript, but I went with JS since I’m learning how to write automated tests in Cypress and it only supports JS. I think it will be a good way to practice/learn it.
Hey everyone! I’m excited to see Advent of Code being mentioned here. I’ve participated in previous years, and it’s always a fun and rewarding challenge, especially as the puzzles get more complex. For those new to it, it’s a great way to sharpen your problem-solving and coding skills throughout December.
I’m planning to dive into this year’s challenges and would love to hear how others are approaching the puzzles. Let’s definitely share progress, tips, and interesting solutions—collaborating on these can make it even more engaging. Best of luck to everyone taking part!
