Where is the "Create a Case" on "My Support Cases" page?

I tried to contact Tricentis Academy but i was told E-Mail doesn’t work any more:

However, there is no “Create a Case” button.

So how I’m I getting support now?

There is no Virtual Agent button either. 🙄 . I tried to “register here” from the mail to register for the Virtual Agent but that failed as well.

My account if fairly old and from before virtual Agent. I suspect a migration problem.Lastly, which will be the biggest hurdle: We use Tosca as a SaaS. Getting the registration code from the provider will be tricky. All of that because I’m in need of another training licence.
