URGENT: Unable to access TA1 certification - Neither chat option nor case creation is allowed

Hello Tricentis Team,

 

Requesting your help accessing with TA1 certification (all prerequisite trainings are completed). I tried to use chat option but that is not enabled for me, nor I have option to create a case on the portal.

 

In the support numbers, no number is listed to contact from India.

 

Whom/how should i reach out for the issue?

 

Fellow TOSCA professionals, if you aware about the solution to my issue. Kindly help!

Did you enroll in the Tricentis Tosca Expert Series − Building and managing test portfolios using the Tosca Ecosystem (TA1) and complete it? 

 

AS1, AS2, AE1, TDS1, TDS2 - must be completed to enroll and finish TA1.
